The service

Tappy (tappy.dog) opens your website in a real browser, looks for problems, and reports them to you. By using Tappy you agree to these terms.

Your account

You sign in with your email address. Keep that inbox safe: anyone who can read it can sign in as you.

You are responsible for what happens in your account.

Only check sites you may check

Add only sites you own or have permission to test.

Tappy opens pages, follows links and, if you give it a login or key, signs in and adds and deletes its own test items. Give it a test account, not a real person's. You are responsible for what that account can reach.

Do not use Tappy to test someone else's site without permission, to overload a site, or to get around a site's security.

Plans and payment

The free plan costs nothing.

Treats cost $7 a month for each site, billed monthly. Polar is the merchant of record: it takes the payment, charges any tax, and sends the invoices.

If the price changes, we email you at least 30 days before your next charge.

Cancelling and refunds

Cancel any time in the billing portal. The site keeps Treats until the end of the month you paid for, and you are not charged again.

Changed your mind? Write to hello@tappy.dog within 14 days of any charge and we will refund that charge in full, for any reason.

What Tappy does not promise

Tappy finds many problems, not all of them. The fixes it suggests can be wrong, so check them before you ship.

Tappy is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending

You can delete your account any time from a site's settings.

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why.

Changes and contact

When these terms change, the date at the top changes. For a big change we email account holders first.
